Feffe Bussi (born Frank Mukiiza, December 9, 1993) is a Ugandan hip-hop artist who rose from the streets of Nakulabye, Kampala, to become one of the country’s most celebrated rappers. Known as “The Smallest Rapper,” he broke through between 2015–2018 with hits like “Nsekula” (ft. Sheebah), “Yes No,” and the game-changing “Who Is Who.” A freestyle king and sharp lyricist in Lugaflow, he has won multiple Uganda Hip Hop Awards, released albums such as Gamba Chwii (2021) and Konfunye (2022), and served as an Africell brand ambassador.Feffe Bussi remains one of Uganda’s most versatile and influential voices in the East African music scene.
