Johnmarie [real name Ssengendo Johnmary is a Ugandan gospel artist, music producer , song writer , stage performer and founder of M-ONE Entertainment, known for hits like Nsiima and winning multiple VIGA awards such as Afro-Beat of the year [Nsiima] and upcoming male artist of the year. Born in Makerere kikoni, kampala, he overcame a challenging childhood to become a prominent singer, multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer .He attended Makerere West Valley [Primary] , St. Elizabeth Nkowe [O-level] , Caltec Academy [A- level], and graduated from Makerere University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. His musical journey began in 2002 at Bulamu Children's Village , learning to play drums , keyboards , bass and acoustic guitars. . He worked at radio Sapientia and started commercial music production in 2010. He gave his life to christ in 2008. He is a businessman , husband married to Jackie . He is a dedicated minister who is committed to his christian faith and community.
